Marina Portillo
PERMANENT MAKEUP ARTIST - MASTECTOMY FITTER - MASTER WIG STYLIST - LICENSED ESTHETICIAN - LICENSED COSMETIC LASER TECHNICIAN - EDUCATIONAL TRAINER
Marina joined Fine Fittings in 2014, initially working part-time while pursuing her career as a full-time substance abuse counselor in residential rehabilitation. Originally from Uzbekistan, Marina moved to the United States in 2004, learned English, and earned two master’s degrees in Psychology and Human Resources by 2011.
With a lifelong passion for helping people feel confident and beautiful inside and out, Marina has grown into an essential part of Fine Fittings. Over the years, she has taken the initiative to learn nearly every aspect of the business and has helped expand it in many new directions.
Marina is a Certified Mastectomy Fitter, Marketing Director, Licensed Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician, Certified Plasma Procedures Trainer, and Certified Permanent Makeup & Microblading Artist.
Outside of work, Marina is a devoted mother of five boys and a loving wife. Inspired by her son’s passion for competitive bodybuilding, she challenged herself to compete in the bikini division. Always committed to personal and professional growth, Marina continues to embrace new challenges and opportunities to learn, evolve, and inspire others.
Rebecca Moore, RN, BSN
REGISTERED NURSE and CERTIFIED LASER TECHNICIAN
Rebecca Moore’s love for humanity and learning are rooted in her soul. Nursing was a profession that so perfectly aligned with her most valued attributes. Rebecca has been a Registered Nurse since 2015 and completed her Bachelors in Nursing at Grand Canyon University with honors. She started her nursing career working in cardiac Progressive Care units at several hospitals around the valley for seven years. In addition, she has worked in Pre-op and PACU as well as home health.
Recognizing that wellness goes beyond just the physical, Rebecca has always done her best to see and treat, using a holistic approach. In 2020 she began her transition to aesthetics with Fine Fittings which has given her a chance to focus more on the emotional, mental and social aspects of her clients. Helping her clients feel as good on the outside as they do inside is a most special gift. She first certified to do Botox and fillers and continued education to add PDO threads, bio-stimulators and PRP injections to her list of services. In 2023 she became a certified Laser Technician through the National Association of Laser & Aesthetics where she can also happily performs skin resurfacing with fractional CO2, structural skin tightening with radio-frequency devices, laser hair removal, as well as several other laser technologies to improve skin health and appearance. Rebecca looks for any and all education opportunities resources allow.
Rebecca and her husband have been married happily for 26 years and are the proudest parents of four mostly-grown children (Lauren, Christopher, Aaron, Jacob and son-in-law Nolan) with their first grandchild due at the beginning of 2026. She is also obsessed with her fluffy dog Floyd who is her shadow when she is home.
Rebecca is passionate about adventure and the outdoors. The wanderlust for seeing any and all the beautiful things in this world fuels her. Friendship and family ground her. Her career drives her. She is grateful for a life rich in purpose and love.
Jessica Mendoza
Wig Fitter / Stylist
Jessica started at Fine Fittings in 2021. Her previous career was nursing where she worked for 7 years before COVID. She loves working with people and making them feel better inside and out. Jessica has a natural aptitude and talent with hair and hair products, with great attention to details. She is a dedicated, motivated, and personable professional who takes pride in building strong relationships, maintaining high standards, and approaching every opportunity with a positive attitude. She is committed to continuous growth, professional development, and delivering quality results. She values integrity, reliability, and clear communication, and brings professionalism, confidence, and a strong work ethic to everything she does. Jessica is a mother of 4 and a wife. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family.
Svitlana Vande
MASTECTOMY FITTER - LICENSED ESTHETICIAN - CERTIFIED LASER TECHNICIAN
Svitlana Vande specializes in fitting specialized mastectomy bras and breast prostheses, as well as providing skincare and aesthetic treatments. Originally from Ukraine, she has lived and worked in Arizona, USA, since 2013. Svitlana is a mother of two, the official guardian of another child since 2022, and a loving wife.
In 2022, Svitlana joined the Fine Fitting team as a Mastectomy Fitter. She helps women who have undergone surgery related to breast cancer treatment select breast prostheses and specialized post-mastectomy garments. During consultations, Svitlana considers each client’s individual needs, body shape, lifestyle, and comfort.
Since she started at Fine Fittings, she has obtained her esthetician license in the state of Arizona, her Laser Technician license, expanding her qualifications in laser technologies and modern aesthetic cosmetology. Svitlana combines professionalism, attentiveness, and sensitivity, striving to provide every client with comfort, confidence, and personalized care.
Outside of her professional work, family is an important part of Svitlana’s life. Together with her husband, she supports and encourages their daughter in pursuing her passion for teen modeling. They are proud to help her pursue her dreams as she develops her modeling career and represents designer and fashion brands on runways across the United States.
